Oral and Poster Sessions Guidelines

Oral Session

• Venue: 13th floor of Science Tower I
• All invited talks are 30-minute talks.
• Contributed presentations are allotted 15 minutes.
• Please leave time (5 minutes) for discussions.
• You may connect your own PC to LCD projector via a standard RGB cable (mini D-sub 15 pin connector). If you will not bring your own PC but you have your presentation file with you, please let us know in advance.
• You are encouraged to test your presentation prior to the start of your session.
• Photography and video recording of presentations are not allowed.

Poster Session

• Date: October 17, 2024
• Time: 15:45 - 17:45 (2 hours)
• Venue: 13th floor of Science Tower I (please check the venue floor map for the specific rooms)

• The poster board size is 110 cm in width and approx. 160 cm in height. Please use detachable stick tape to put up your posters on the poster boards. DO NOT use pushpins. The detachable stick tape is available in the poster session room.
• A presenter should be in front of each poster board during the following time: 15:45 - 16:45 (odd number); 16:45 - 17:45 (even number)
• Please put up your posters prior to the session starting time (15:45) and keep them posted until the end of the session (17:45).
• Photography and video recording of presentations are not allowed.
