Call for Abstracts

Please send your one-page abstract by e-mail to the workshop secretariat on or before May 6 (Mon), 2019 with the subject : "JPTW 2019 submission: (YOUR NAME)"

Please include the following information in the email:

• Type of presentation ("Invited" or "Contributed")
• Title of presentation
• The following information of the presenting author
  1. Name
  2. Position (ex: Prof., Ph.D student etc.)
  3. Title (ex: Prof., Dr., Mr., Ms. etc.)
  4. Postal address
  5. E-mail address
• E-mail address of corresponding author if the corresponding author is different from the presenting author.

Acceptance for presentation will be notified by May 14(Tue), 2019 (Sun).

Note that the presenting author is registered as a participant after the decision of the acceptance of the paper.

This workshop will make a booklet of abstract but will not publish a book of proceedings.

Send the filled out form to the secretariat on or before May 31 June 7, 2019 (Fri) with the following subject: "JPTW 2019 registration: (YOUR NAME)"

Meals

In the registration form, please indicate if you would like to:

• Avail of workshop lunch boxes on 15 and 16 June (1,000 JPY per meal) and/or
• Participate in the dinner meetings on 15 and16 June (3,000 JPY/1,500 JPY per meal)

Fees will be collected at the registration desk. Please pay in Japanese Yen.
